Change Of Mind
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note, for change of mind returns the customer will bare the return shipping cost.

You can return your mouse pad within 30 days of receiving it if you change your mind. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Return To Sender
If an order is returned back to us for any reason, at the fault of the customer. The customer will only be able to receive a refund of the total order minus the actual shipping cost. If the customer wants the order to be resent, it can be at their cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Discretion of Air Gaming
Air Gaming reserves the sole right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the description provided by the customer or does not satisfy our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, change-of-mind returns. All decisions regarding returns are at Air Gaming’s discretion.
STARTING A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at support@airgaming.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
