Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the ongoing pandemic and high order volumes. Orders may take longer than the stated range to be shipped. If this happens, the customer will be notified and sent emails updating their order.

Shipping within Australia is completely free for standard postage.

We offer a $5.95 AUD flat rate shipping option the New Zealand.

International Shipping Rates

We offer a $12.95 AUD flat rate shipping to the rest of the world. After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. The estimated delivery time is as follows:


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Air Gaming is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received a tracking link within 3 business days of your order confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you have the tracking number but are unsure how to track it, paste your tracking link into both of the websites below. We use both Australia Post for some orders as well as Sendle. This means your courier may vary. If you are still unsure, please contact us.



Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship to most P.O boxes, if we are unable to ship to that P.O. location we will contact you prior. Alternatively, if the order has already been shipped, your product will be left at a local Newsagents or Australia Post.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
