Australian Consumer Law
Only for Australian consumers: The rights outlined in this warranty are in addition to the rights you may be entitled to under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
General information
This warranty applies to only physical goods purchased directly from airgaming.com.au. All claims will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Air Gaming. International customers are required to pay shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs for inspection of the products are incurred by the customer unless otherwise stated.
What the warranty covers?
This 12 month warranty covers cosmetic damage upon arrival, workmanship, and material issues.
What the warranty does not cover?
This warranty does not cover misuse of the product, incorrect handling, any issues that are created by the consumer for not properly using and or taking care of the product.
