We back our products and know they will last, that is why we offer a 12 month limited warranty. 

Australian Consumer Law

Only for Australian consumers: The rights outlined in this warranty are in addition to the rights you may be entitled to under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

General information

This warranty applies only to physical goods purchased directly from airgaming.com.au. All claims will be assessed by Air Gaming. If a warranty claim is not accepted, the cost of return shipping for inspection of the product will be incurred by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

What this limited warranty covers?

This 12 month warranty covers cosmetic damage upon arrival, workmanship, electronic issues and material issues.

What the limited warranty does not cover?

This warranty does not cover misuse of the product, incorrect handling, any issues that are created by the consumer for not properly using and or taking care of the product. The warranty does not cover incorrect mouse pad washing techniques which causes the mouse pad to be no longer waterproof.
